Settling down and deciding where to live after getting married is one issue that most couples are facing. Questions like where to begin, how to move in and how to choose the best place you think is suitable or livable for both of you is quite confusing sometimes. This problem is very common, because of the many places to choose around. Although, taking on that problem and obviously coming up with solutions is what most people do.

Further, not only newly wed couples are facing this kind of problem but, also people who are in retirement age. Unfortunately, there are people who are not ready about this thing. Although, there are also some who does not care about it. Maybe they are contented in the place they live in at the moment and they do not bother anymore to look for another place. There are some who are excited about the changes, like settling in a community and adopting the place, adjusting to new environment and at the same time worried because of the cost it would entail. However, these are all part of a change most people are experiencing when settling down.

Just like other people, I myself wants to have a good place away from noise. A place where I can be with my friends and family and at the same time enjoy what the community or the place has to offer. Therefore, it is best to plan earlier our future, so that when the time comes when we decide to settle down or when we reached the retirement age, we will no longer worry about everything, in getting a good place to stay, and most especially the financial side of it.
