Regular Exercise Helped Me Sustained the Race

According to experts running is very good and provides great cardiovascular workout.  Running strengthens and tones your muscles as well. It is also a great workout for people who really want to loose weight and to get fit. Jogging regularly is also another way to enhance your health and fitness, it also helps in loosing weight.

Lately, I became interested in running and joining "Fun Run" events for a good cause. I am not only helping myself to stay fit but helping other groups with good intentions as well. So far I have joined two events the 35th Milo National Marathon and the first Kapamilya Run for the benefit of Matina Pangi River and Bantay Bata. I know running a 5K category is something for a first timer like me.  But, exercising regularly is a big factor I guess for finishing the race.

Yes, another reason in joining fun run is for me to loose weight. Obviously I still need to shed some extra pounds which I did not get from a regular exercise...and running I believed will contribute to it. This month I have two 5k Runs in my list and coming December I still have to choose the fun run event I will be joining. I am also choosy when it comes to beneficiaries which I think are the most deserving. 

I know running a 5K category is somehow tiring especially if you don't have any training. But, being a health conscious individual nowadays and exercising regularly at the gym helped me to become a finisher and sustained the race. Hopefully, I will increase my running activity to 8k next year...God bless me!
